LUIS CHE
El 23 de octubre de 1985, durante el gobierno de facto del general Oscar Humberto Mejía Víctores, en la cabecera municipal de El Estor, departamento de Izabal, hombres armados capturaron y ejecutaron al catequista Luis Che. Al día siguiente, su cuerpo sin vida fue encontrado flotando en el Lago de Izabal. (CEH, caso 1138).
